Joe
Fowler
has more than three decades of experience in domestic and international
high-tech public relations, marketing communications and technical writing. At FS Communications, Joe plans and executes programs for
several of Infineon Technologies’ wireline communications and core technology
groups, and also provides counsel and writing services for other agency clients.
He brings experience in the design, manufacturing and application of
semiconductors, networking and embedded systems, telecommunications, and
wireless technologies to the agency’s strong portfolio of capabilities.
His past experience also includes personal and minicomputer hardware and
software, data storage, and electronic warfare countermeasures. Joe has been director of marketing communications at Ubicom
and Fairchild Camera & Instruments, public relations manager at Cirrus Logic
and VLSI Technology, and an engineering writer at GTE Lenkurt, Lockheed and
Philco-Ford. His prior agency
experience includes The Hoffman Agency, Hill and Knowlton and TFB PR, and his
clients have run the gamut from Infineon, National Semiconductor and Synopsys to
Four-Phase Systems, Avantek and PortalPlayer.
Joe has completed the course work and thesis for a master of arts degree
in English at Santa Clara University, holds a bachelor of arts degree in English
from California State College, San Bernardino, and an associate of arts degree
in electronics from College of San Mateo.
